Ann Curry
Ann Curry, an American journalist and photojournalist who has covered wars and natural disasters for over 45 years. Her focus is on the hardships of the people in these areas. Curry has reported on wars spanning Kosovo, Iraq Syria Lebanon Palestine Afghanistan Darfur Congo. Ann Curry (born on November 19th in 1956 in Agana) was an American TV anchor, reporter as well as a journalist. Her father served as an U.S. Navy sailor. She met her mother during the time she was living with her father in Japan in the aftermath of World War II. Her return into Los Angeles four years later to work as a reporter for KCBS TV. It was during her association with this channel for seven years that she earned the two Emmy Awards.
